Youth Mentoring Program

The Youth Mentoring Program is designed to support young individuals in building confidence, direction, and essential life skills through meaningful one-on-one mentorship. The program connects participants with trained mentors who provide consistent guidance, encouragement, and positive role modeling in a safe and supportive environment.

P180 Program

Connections365 operates one of only two P180 programs in Oregon, providing an intensive level of care for youth who require structured residential treatment and behavioral stabilization.

Continuum Program

Connections365 operates the only Continuum program of its kind in Oregon, designed to provide a structured and progressive level of support for youth working toward greater independence and stability. This model helps youth develop life skills, build emotional resilience, strengthen decision-making, and prepare for successful reintegration.
